1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering an account on, or using any part of the joa77 platform ("joa77", "we", "us", "the Platform"), you ("the Player", "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("T&C") in their entirety. These T&C constitute a legally binding agreement between you and joa77. If you do not agree to any part of these T&C, you must not use the Platform.

These T&C are supplemented by any additional rules, policies, and guidelines published on the Platform from time to time, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus terms. In the event of any conflict between these T&C and a supplementary document, these T&C shall prevail unless the supplementary document expressly states otherwise.

2. Eligibility

You may only open and use an account on joa77 if all of the following conditions are satisfied:

joa77 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point. Providing false information during registration or at any subsequent point constitutes a material breach of these T&C and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any account balance.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the joa77 Platform you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. joa77 permits only one account per player. The following rules apply to all accounts:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your mobile number and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party.

• joa77 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any time, including before processing a withdrawal. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by joa77 may result in suspension of account access.

joa77 does not allow joint, corporate, or trust accounts. All accounts must be registered and operated by a single natural person who meets the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2 of these T&C.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

joa77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Deposits must be funded from a payment method registered in your own name. joa77 does not accept deposits made on behalf of another person, and does not accept deposits from payment methods belonging to third parties.
• Minimum deposit amounts and maximum withdrawal limits are published on the Platform's cashier page and may be updated from time to time without advance notice.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. joa77 reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal pending completion of identity verification or investigation of a suspected breach of these T&C.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used to make the qualifying deposit, where technically possible. joa77 may request that withdrawals be made to an alternative method if the original deposit method does not support outgoing transfers.
• joa77 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which joa77 accepts no responsibility.

joa77 operates a zero-tolerance policy on money laundering. Any account suspected of being used to launder funds will be frozen immediately and reported to the relevant authorities. All transaction records are retained in accordance with applicable record-keeping obligations.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

joa77 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available only to players who meet the eligibility criteria in Section 2 and who have a verified account in good standing. joa77 reserves the right to exclude any player from a specific promotion at its discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in the specific bonus terms. Where no multiplier is stated, a default rollover of 20x the bonus amount applies.
• Bonuses credited to an account that was opened using false information, or where the player is found to be ineligible, will be voided and removed. Any winnings generated from such bonuses will also be voided.
• joa77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, including in response to evidence of systematic bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of technical errors.

joa77 does not offer bonuses to players using VPN services or proxy servers to mask their location. Use of a VPN or proxy to claim a bonus constitutes a material breach of these T&C.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the joa77 Platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, all account balances may be forfeited, and joa77 reserves the right to take further legal action where applicable:

• Opening more than one account on the Platform, whether under the same or different identity details, or operating an account on behalf of a third party.
• Using software, bots, scripts, algorithms, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market offered on the Platform.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or glitches in the Platform's software to obtain winnings that would not have arisen in the normal course of play. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of technical errors are void and will be removed from the account.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker-format games or coordinated arbitrage betting.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity. joa77 complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.

joa77's determination of whether prohibited conduct has occurred shall be final. Players who disagree with a decision may contact joa77 support to request a review, but joa77's decision following that review shall be conclusive and binding.

You must not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or modify any content from the Platform without prior written permission from joa77. Any unauthorised use of Platform content will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal liability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, joa77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if joa77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. joa77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these T&C or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

joa77 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. joa77 does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any content on the Platform. You use the Platform entirely at your own risk.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

joa77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The player has breached any provision of these T&C, any supplementary policy, or any applicable law.
• joa77 is required to do so by a regulatory authority, court order, law enforcement agency, or other competent authority.
• The player requests permanent self-exclusion, or joa77 determines in its sole discretion that continued provision of services to the player would be inconsistent with its responsible gaming obligations.

By registering an account you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 12. Amendments to These Terms

joa77 reserves the right to amend these T&C at any time.
